We offer FREE DELIVERY & Set Up with any mattress purchase of $499 or more before tax.

We will deliver within a one-hour radius* of our store location in Spencer, MA. 01562. Whether you purchase a single chair or furnishings for your entire home, we provide delivery and set up services for just $49 in town and just $69 within one-hour radius* no matter how many items you purchase.

Your Delivery Service begins before your new furniture arrives in your home. We will notify you once your furniture arrives in our warehouse to schedule a convenient delivery date. We open, inspect, and carefully blanket wrap your purchase before it leaves our warehouse. We ask that you call us the morning of your delivery, after 8:30AM at (508) 885-3678, for an approximate 2 hour delivery time frame. We ask that you have the area cleared and ready for your new furniture. In the event you are unable to move your old furniture, unlike many other retailers, our team often goes above and beyond and, although not required, will assist you in relocating your old furniture to another area on your premises. Once our delivery team arrives at your home they will set up your new furniture in your room and remove all packing materials. We can remove your old furniture from your premises on the same day, for a low removal service fee. (See store for details)

Please be sure the walkways and the areas receiving the furniture are free from all obstructions. (Especially snow and ice in the winter).

FURNITURE PICK-UP

IMPORTANT TIPS ABOUT PICKING UP YOUR FURNITURE

In order for Spencer Furniture to retrieve, inspect, and wrap your items from our warehouse, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance upon pick up. This will help expedite your pick up as we have more than one warehouse. Warehouse associates are available to assist you until 4:00pm daily. Our customer pick-up team will be ready to help you load your new furniture at our loading dock when you arrive.

After 4:00pm, your purchase can be placed on our loading dock for you to pick up and load, without assistance. Please bring straps and blankets to help your furniture get home safely and without incident. Some assemble may be required once you get your new furniture home. If your decision is to pick up your furniture, rather than opt for our delivery and set up service, you will be responsible for any possible, unexpected damage after leaving our warehouse premises.
