DELIVERY AND REMOVAL....

Delivery of your new furniture and removal of your old furniture is ALWAYS available at Spencer Furniture. Please ask your sales consultant for details.

Unlike most other furniture stores, at Spencer Furniture we pride ourselves in having our own team of delivery professionals who always have your best interest in mind. From receiving, to inspection, delivery and set-up of the furniture to your home, we maintian the highest standards of professionalism and courtesy to ensure your satisfaction.

Important Tips for Picking Up your Furniture

In our effors to make your furniture purchase and pick up experience a pleasant one, here are some helpful tips:

* In order for Spencer Furniture to retrieve, inspect and wrap your items from our warehouse, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This will help expedite your pick up as we have more than one warehouse.

* Warehouse associates are here until 4:30 pm daily. After 4:30, your purchase will be on our loading dock. After you bring your paperwork inside, you will be responsible for loading and securing your furniture into your own vehicle. You will need to bring extra help with you.

* We would like to be informed of what type of vehicle you will be using to pick yp your items. This allows us to plan on how to best prepare your merchandise for safe travel.

* It is your responsiblilty to bring rope, blankets, etc.... to properly secure and protect your furniture for travel. All furniture is inspected prior to customer pick up. Spencer Furniture will not be responsible for any damage to merchandise after it is loaded into your vehicle.

* By waiving our delivery service, you, the customer, assume all responsibility for any service call and all transportation issues.
